Delete your data

You can have Jams Creative Co. delete everything we hold about you at any time.

If you connected an Instagram account to our app

1. Open Instagram and go to Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
2. Find Jams Creative Co. and tap Remove.

Instagram tells us automatically, and we delete your access token and our logs about your account. Instagram gives you a confirmation code you can use to check the status.

If you commented on a post or filled out a form

Email hello@jamscreative.co with your Instagram username or the email you used, and we'll delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
